Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Preparation

Peel the apple and the pear, cut it into small pieces, put it to cook with the water in a saucepan with a lid over low heat.
Add the cinnamon when it is boiling and let it cook for another 15 minutes or when the fruit is already soft.
Blend the fruit and let cool to room temperature.

PRESENTATION

Serve at room temperature.

TIPS

You can freeze the portions in small refractories and when you need it, thaw in a bain-marie.
