This porridge is very good for babies from 6 to 12 months, since the green leaves help to avoid impurities in the skin of your baby and favor to avoid atopic dermatitis. Give it to your baby and take care of your diet and your skin based on it.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 apple, washed and disinfected
  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and disinfected, without stem

Preparation

With the help of a peeler, remove the peel from the apple. Disheartened and cut into medium pieces.
In a pot with boiling water, cook the apple for 7 to 10 minutes or until it is soft. Remove.
In the same pot, cook the spinach 2 minutes. Remove.
Blend the apples and spinach with a little of the cooking water, until there is a porridge.
Chills and serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass jar.

TIPS

The apples are peeled to prevent the baby from falling heavy, due to the amount of fiber in the peel.

Para un bebe esta muy bien el sabor es lo k hay k calcular por k las espinacas son mucho mas fuertes en sabor k la manzana
