This carrot porridge is quick and easy to prepare. It is ideal for a baby between 6 and 9 months that is ready for meals with a little more texture and variety.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces of 4 cm
  • 1/4 cups Water

Preparation

Put the carrot pieces in a microwave-safe container.
Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the container, leaving a gap for the air to escape.
Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at high temperature.
Stir the carrots.
Cover again and cook 3-6 more minutes, until soft.
Put the carrot pieces in a food processor and add 2 tablespoons of the liquid in which they were cooked.
Puree and add more liquid if desired with a softer consistency.

TIPS

Instead of using normal carrots, carrots \ "baby \" can be used. If you use them, remember to wash them well before use.
