Preparation
Put the carrot pieces in a microwave-safe container.
Add 1/4 cup of water and cover the container, leaving a gap for the air to escape.
Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes at high temperature.
Stir the carrots.
Cover again and cook 3-6 more minutes, until soft.
Put the carrot pieces in a food processor and add 2 tablespoons of the liquid in which they were cooked.
Puree and add more liquid if desired with a softer consistency.
