Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

In a bowl, the carrot is peeled and cut into pieces, the pumpkin cut into pieces and the broccoli cut.
When the vegetables are cooked add a pinch of salt, liquefy with the vegetable stock so that it is not very liquefied.

PRESENTATION

It is served in an eye-catching dish and is accompanied by apple juice.
