Broccoli Pancakes with Panela Cheese

This broccoli pancake recipe is a practical way for children to try different vegetables. The trick is to combine them with the recipes and ingredients we eat every day, such as fried pancakes or panela cheese. In a pot boil water, add salt, broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
