This broccoli pancake recipe is a practical way for children to try different vegetables. The trick is to combine them with the recipes and ingredients we eat every day, such as fried pancakes or panela cheese. If at home broccoli is a vegetable that is not attractive to children, prepare it this way and children will eat it without problem. You can also enjoy it as a side dish, main course or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of broccoli for broccoli

    Preparation

    In a pot boil water, add salt, broccoli and cook 3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
