Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams carrot, (or any other vegetable)

Preparation

Cut the carrots into small pieces. Place the pieces in a steamer on boiling water for 15 minutes (until they are tender).
Mix the carrot using a little of the water in the pot to make a puree.
It is recommended to eliminate all the lumpy texture for babies from zero to four months.

PRESENTATION

Serve immediately.

TIPS

Freeze the mush in ice-cube containers, the cubes last for up to 3 months.

solo una sugerencia Es recomendable que se den papillas a partir de los 6 meses, ya que aunque el bebe puede comer a partir de los 4 meses, el estomaguito del bebe aun no esta listo del todo.
