Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/3 red peppers
  • 1/3 stems celery
  • 1/3 cups carrot, in squares
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 strawberries, to decorate
  • 4 wafers, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets and place in a processor.
Cook the cauliflower in a pan for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a pan with a little olive oil.
Add the cauliflower to the vegetables.
Cook all together two more minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with strawberries and wafers

Riquísima. No sabía cómo preparar la coliflor además del capeado.y no me gusta así. Pero ahora en forma de arroz lo incluyo en mi recetario. Gracias por compartir
