Chicken porridge with pumpkin and carrot contains a good supply of iron, which is an adjunct to prevent anemia in your child. This porridge provides a good amount of vitamin C, which prevents respiratory diseases, it also contains fiber, helping to prevent constipation.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 branch celery
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 1 glass Water

Preparation

Wash and sanitize all the vegetables.
Peel the potato, carrot, and celery. Cut them into medium pieces.
Cut the pumpkin and chicken breast into cubes.
Add 200 ml of water to the hole of the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer. Pour the ingredients into the steamer basket and replace the lid. Press the steam button, let it cook for 20 minutes.
Place the vegetables and water in the Evenflo Advance® blender glass, press the power button to blend for 30 seconds. Add a little olive oil and process again.
Allow to cool and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plastic plate.

TIPS

Cut the vegetables and chicken into small squares so they cook faster.
