These rolls with pieces of loaf of bread and a delicious creamy chicken salad with tomato and celery will be loved by the little one's! A good option for lunch back to school.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, low fat
  • 1/4 cups light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 10 box breads, without edges
  • 1 avocado, cut into thin slices
  • 10 slices yellow cheese

Preparation

For the salad, mix the chicken with the celery, the tomato, the bacon, the cream, the mayonnaise and the mustard in a bowl Add salt and pepper to taste.
On a board flatten the bread lightly with a rolling pin, and place the yellow cheese, the chicken salad and a slice of avocado. Roll up and cut in half.
Serve your rolls and enjoy.
