Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 Cup of celery chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon fried and finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream low fat
  • 1/4 of Cup of light mayonnaise
  • 3 spoonfuls of mustard
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 10 pieces of box bread without edges
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into thin slices
  • 10 slices of yellow cheese

    Preparation

    For the salad, mix the chicken with the celery, the tomato, the bacon, the cream, the mayonnaise and the mustard in a bowl Add salt and pepper to taste.
    On a board flatten the bread lightly with a rolling pin, and place the yellow cheese, the chicken salad and a slice of avocado. Roll up and cut in half.
    Serve your rolls and enjoy.
