Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 cups corn grain, yellow
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cups thick cream
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Melt 3 teaspoons butter and add corn kernels, chopped onions and mix for a few minutes.
Add the cream and pepper and mix
Put everything together in the blender until a thick texture is obtained
Cook for a couple of minutes in the pan.

TIPS

Serve hot.
