Prepare with those who most want this easy and original dry noodle cupcake recipe, made with Del Fuerte® Spiced Tomato Puree that will give the recipe a spectacular touch. In addition to fun they are rich to prepare them with the kids of the house.

Ingredients

9 portions
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 cup noodle, thin
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Puree Condimentado Tomato Puree®
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, at your service
  • 1/4 cups fresh cheese, crumbled, to serve
  • 1/2 avocados, in cubes, to serve

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, fry the noodle until it gets a more golden color, add the onion and garlic, cook a few minutes.
Add the Fuerte® Flavored Tomato Puree and the chicken broth, season to your liking. Cook until the noodle is soft and without liquid. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the egg with the dry noodle. In a previously greased cupcake mold, place the preparation and compress with a spoon. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Place the cupcakes on a plate and serve with the cream, fresh cheese and avocado.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cream, cheese and cubes of avocado.

TIPS

If you want to add a spicy touch you can use the Tomato Puree with fresh chili Del Fuerte®.
