This green vegetable porridge with chicken is ideal for a baby from 6 months. Nourishing and full of flavor; a perfect option for your baby to grow healthy and strong.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 10 pods pea
  • 1/4 chayote squash
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 1 chicken leg

Preparation

Pour water into a pot. Leave it on medium heat until boiling. Once boiling add the piece of chicken. Let it boil for 1 hour.
20 minutes before finishing boiling the chicken add the vegetables. Let boil those 20 minutes until they are cooked. Important to leave the vegetables with the husk for the minerals that your baby needs.
Grind the porridge in a grinder until it reaches a puree consistency.
