Ingredients

48 portions
  • 400 grams ground beef, or res according to preference
  • 500 grams puff pastry, refrigerated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 200 grams pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and prepare the baking tray.
Mix the meat with salt and pepper, the lemon zest and the mustard spoonful.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions.
When the onion is almost transparent the meat is added, when the meat is half cooked add the pumpkin puree (the mashed potatoes are cooked until the pumpkin is very soft and then liquefied with 80 ml of milk). about 3 to 5 min and removed from the fire.
The puff pastry is spread and divided into 2 vertically, the filling is placed in the middle of each puff pastry, an edge is brushed with the egg and the ends are joined forming a roll.
Place the rolls in each tray with the union face down, brush with egg and divide into 12 portions.
Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
They can be accompanied with tomato sauce, mayonnaise or mustard.
