These ears are extra delicious because they are browned with butter, so the little ones will love them. Perfect as lunch or for dinner or breakfast, they are made with box bread and ham and cheese, so they are very simple to prepare. Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 package of cream cheese for dip
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise for dip
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard for dip
  • 1 Cup of Smoked FUD® Bacon golden and finely chopped, for dip
  • 10 pieces of box bread without shore
  • 1 piece of Virginia FUD® Turkey Breast
  • 1 piece of FUD® Sliced Manchego Cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter to brown ears

    Preparation

    For the dip, mix in a bowl the cream cheese with mayonnaise, mustard and FUD® smoked bacon, until you get a smooth mixture, reserve.
    On a tray with non-stick plastic, place the slices of bread and with the help of your hands, glue the edges well, then, with a roller, flatten the bread to form a plate. Spread with the previous preparation of the dip to cover the entire surface.
    Place the Virginia FUD® Turkey Breast and the FUD® Manchego Cheese, roll like ears, wrap with plastic and freeze 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and cut with 3 fingers thick, reserve.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter and brown the ears, remove from the pan and serve in the lunchbox accompanied by vegetables.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a lunch basket with fruit and juice.

    TIPS

    Squeeze the edges of the bread well when you put it together, so that it does not separate when rolling.
