Ingredients

14 portions
  • 1 egg, to varnish
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for glazing
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, to glaze
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dry to glaze
  • 1/2 kilos puff pastry
  • enough flour, to extend
  • 10 slices Turkey ham
  • 10 slices mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
To varnish, in a bowl, mix the egg with butter melted with garlic and dried parsley, mix and reserve.
For the roll, on a clean and floured surface spread your puff pastry 3 mm thick and place on waxed paper. With a knife arrange the dough, place the slices of ham and cheese, roll and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cut into finger-thick rolls, place in an oven proof dish, varnish with butter and bake for 25 minutes or until puff pastry is crispy.
Remove from the oven serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve your puff rolls and accompany with homemade tomato sauce.

TIPS
