Ideas for children's lunch are most successful when they are creative. These croquettes of ham and vegetables will be a very good option if your children do not like sandwiches or if you want to leave it ready the night before. To have a good consistency, we recommend adding more cheese if you notice that the croquettes are very soft.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 Cup of leg ham diced

  • 4 slices of Manchego cheese to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mash the potatoes until a semi-fine puree is achieved. Then add the carrot, squash, broccoli, egg, panela cheese, and ham. Season with salt and pepper.
