Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, in pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, in pieces
  • 3 cups tomtato, can poached
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1/3 cups Frank’S® Red Hot Original
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup Ham, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • to taste oregano
  • potatoes, segment, to accompany

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic, the tomatoes, the oregano, the Franks Red Hot Original® Sauce, for 20 minutes; Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the baguette lengthwise, spread the butter and tomato sauce, add the ham, pineapple, mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is gratin.
Serve on a table, accompany with potato wedges and Franks Red Hot Original® sauce.
