Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 slice of Turkey ham (for lunch 1)
  • 1/4 of cucumber (for lunch 1)
  • 3 cookies habanera (for lunch 1)
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise (for lunch 1)
  • 1 glass of Water (for lunch 1)
  • 2 flour tortillas (for lunch 2)
  • 100 grams of Oaxaca cheese (for lunch 2)
  • 1 sheet of lettuce (for lunch 2)
  • 1 piece of banana from Tabasco (for lunch 2)
  • 5 almonds (for lunch 2)
  • 1 Cup of Water (for lunch 2)
  • 1/2 Cup of corn prepared as esquites (with mayonnaise and cheese) (for lunch 3)
  • 1/2 Cup of jicama (for lunch 3)
  • 1 Cup of Water (for lunch 3)

    Preparation

    For lunch 1, roll up the slice of ham and cut the cucumber into sticks. Arrange all the ingredients in a medium bowl and add the mayonnaise to accompany.
    For lunch 2, place flour tortillas and Oaxaca cheese in a medium bowl. On the other hand, in another container place the lettuce, the peeled banana and the almonds. Accompany with water.
    For lunch 3, place the skits in a medium bowl. Grate the jicama and place it in another bowl, you can add a little lemon and chilito.

    PRESENTATION

    merienda para el colegio El 1er menu mi sobrinita comeria la lonja de jamon de pavo con vainitas o petit pois, no le gusta el pepino ni la mayonesa.El 2do menu ella comeria la tortillita con quedo duro (santa Barbara) acompañado con un cambur y merey o mani. la lechuga se la comeria con rodajas de tomate y vainitas.El 3er menu no comeria nada de eso, le gustaria una mazorca solita bien tierna con petitpois, un cambur, merey y una galleta con chispas de chocolate.
