If you are a mom, I have a salad recipe that is very quick to prepare, nutritious and perfect for use as a lunch for the kids. Healthy lunch is a preparation that is a success with my children.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 Cup of broccoli
  • 5 pieces of carrot baby
  • 2 slices of avocado
  • 3 slices of tomato
  • 1 teaspoonful of dressing
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Steam the broccoli and carrots, drain and set aside. Cut the tomato into julienne. In a bowl or sandwich maker put the broccoli, carrots, tomato and avocado. Season to taste and add the dressing.

    PRESENTATION

    Keep it in a nice tupperware, so it can be taken to school.

    TIPS

    You can add cubes of panela cheese to give more variety.
