Mashed Potatoes and Avocado

This is a delicious recipe for mashed potatoes and avocado that combines two very popular ingredients that your baby will surely love.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of potato little
  • 1/2 piece of avocado mature
  • 1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
  • to taste of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Wrap the potato with plastic to cook and put in the microwave oven at maximum power for 5 minutes. The plastic allows to conserve the moisture of the potato making it soft and easy to handle.
    Remove from the microwave, let cool and remove the plastic. Peel and chop very fine.
    Add the avocado and crush everything with a fork.
    Add the yoghurt and a drizzle of olive oil.

    TIPS

    If you add salt and ground pepper, it can be used as a dip or snack for the whole family.
