Preparation
Make an incision at the tip of the cross-shaped tomato.
Cook the tomato for 3 minutes in a pot with boiling water, or until the skin begins to peel off.
Remove the skin of the tomato and the seeds. Reservation.
Remove the seeds from the pepper, and peel the carrot. Cut the vegetables into cubes and cook in the same cooking water for 5 minutes or until softened.
Blend the vegetables with a little of the cooking liquid. Cool and serve.
