Foreign snacks of good taste, dare to cook these delicious mixed hamburgers and accompany this rich dish with French fries.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef of pork
  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef beef
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 150 grams of coriander chopped
  • 6 Turkey sausage
  • 12 slices of Turkey ham
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 lettuce filleted
  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 onion filleted
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 8 potatoes items in segments
  • 1 egg

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the meat (pork and beef). Once mixed add the onion, cilantro, mustard, English sauce, soy sauce, egg and season with the garlic salt and pepper. Mix perfectly.
    Cut the sausages into strips in half. Make a salad with the vegetables.
    Put oil in a pan to fry the potatoes. Once the oil is hot, pour the potatoes and remove until golden brown, place on absorbent paper to remove the excess fat.
    To make portions of meat in a circular form of approximately of 165 grams, once done to cook in a comal or frying pan with little oil to brown on both sides together with the sausages and the ham. Heat the bread too.
    Already all ready to serve hot.

    TIPS

    It can also be accompanied with a purple cabbage salad. If the mixture of meats is very loose add ground bread until you have a more manageable feeling.
