Papaya, Carrot and Guava

Rich porridge for babies 6 months and older of potato, carrot and guava.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of carrot washed and peeled
  • 1 piece of papa cambray washed and peeled
  • 2 pieces of guava washed and with the ends cut

  • 2 spoonfuls of brown sugar

    Preparation

    We put the fruits and vegetables in a pot, cover it with water and put on the fire.
    When the boil has sprung, lower the flame, add the sugar and let it cook for 20 minutes or until the potato and carrot are soft.
    Blend all ingredients, if it was too thick add a little purified water and grind again.
    We quench the porridge to remove the guava seeds and store the preparation in a washed and stellate container.

    TIPS

    The guava is whole and it is better to strain it because it is difficult to peel and remove the meat so we do not waste anything.
