This homemade pizza recipe with flour tortillas is a fun and practical way to make pizzas without spending much time. Ingredients

4 portions

  • 8 tomatoes, mature
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 branches fresh thyme
  • to taste salt
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup Ham
  • 1 cup bacon
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups orange bell pepper
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 1 cup mushroom

Preparation

Heat a pot with water over medium heat, wait for it to boil and add the tomatoes with a cross cut on the tip, then the garlic, thyme and salt; Cook for 5 minutes and remove.
Remove the skin and seeds of the tomato and grind with garlic and salt. Fry the ground sauce with the oil and cook for 10 minutes, until it changes color. Reservation.
