Pumpkin, Turkey and Potato Porridge

The pumpkin, pear and turkey porridge contains a good supply of protein. It has a good amount of folic acid, which helps your baby prevent the development of anemia. It is a high-fiber porridge, perfect to avoid constipation.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cup turkey breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Wash and peel the potato. Cut it into medium cubes. Cut the squash into thin slices.
Add 200 ml of water to the hole of the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer. Pour the potato, turkey and zucchini into the steamer basket and put the lid on. Press the steam button, let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add the ingredients to the Evenflo Advance® blender container and add water. Twist the base of the blender. Attach the bowl to the blender and turn it clockwise. Press the power button and grind for 1 minute or until the ingredients are well ground.
Let cool before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a plastic plate.

TIPS

Cut the turkey into small cubes so it will cook faster.
