Preparation
The sausage is taken and from one end two transversal cuts are made until half of the sausage, in this way the extremities of the octopus are simulated. The salchipulpos are fried until they have a golden color.
Place in a dish lettuce or salads with what you want to accompany and put the two sausages cut extiendondolas to take the shape of octopus.
You can put some points for your eyes and mouth with ketchup and you have a delicious lunch ready for your children.
