This recipe for a Sincronizada with Sausage can be an easy breakfast or a light dinner served with guacamole and refried beans. This option for an easy breakfast is perfect for the kids of the house or when you are in a hurry and want to serve a rich tasting and practical lunch.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of bean whole
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 15 slices of Manchego type cheese slice round FUD® Care-t + divided for the beans and for the presentation
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 pieces of avocado for the guacamole
  • 1 piece of green lemon for the guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 10 pieces of flour tortillas
  • 10 pieces of FUD® Sausages Take care-t +
  • enough of ketchup
  • enough of mustard

    Preparation

    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, cook the onion with the garlic until transparent, add the beans and with the help of a potato masher, crush until you get a paste, add the milk and the Manchego Cheese, round slices FUD® t +, stir to incorporate, season with salt and reserve.
    For the guacamole, in a bowl mash the avocado until you get a puree, squeeze a bit of lemon, add the onion, the tomato, the cilantro, season with salt and set aside.
    On a board place the flour tortilla, spread the tortilla with the beans, the guacamole, add more Manchego Cheese, round slices FUD® Care-t + and the FUD® Sausage Take care-t +, roll up like a taco.
    Heat a grill at high, grill the sinchronizadas to get the classic grill marks on the tortillas then remove from the grill serve, with ketchup, mustard and more guacamole.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a little more guacamole, ketchup and mustard.

    TIPS

    You can heat the tortilla before rolling it to make it easier to handle.
