Preparation
Preheat the oven to 250ºC.
Mix the hot water with the yeast and make a volcano with the flour.
Add the water to the flour by kneading it with your hands.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper and olive oil.
Reserve the dough.
Sprinkle flour to spread the dough and do not stick.
Cut the dough into a circular shape and chop the dough with a fork.
Spread the tomato puree over the dough.
Add the mozzarella cheese, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Put the pizza in a mold and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the pizza, add slices of tomato, basil, olive oil and put it in the oven for 2 more minutes.
