A creative way to send a sandwich to school, bread sushi can be made from turkey and cheese or any filling you can think of.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 slices box bread
  • 8 slices turkey ham
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • 4 pickles
  • 1 carrot, in strips

Preparation

Cut the edges of the white bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
Place the stuffing of the sushi (turkey ham, cheese, pickle and carrot) on the bread leaving a shore with nothing.
Roll the bread to the edge with nothing and press firmly.
Cut into pieces of sushi with a very sharp knife.
