Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup elbows pasta
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 100 grams american cheese, or cheddar cheese
  • 100 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter, to cook the waffles
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams ground bread, or ground bread

Preparation

In a saucepan with boiling water with a little salt add the elbow pasta for 10 min and drain.
In a skillet over low heat add the elbow, half the amount of whole milk, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Turn on the waffle iron and spread a little butter over medium heat.
Add the remaining cheese, milk, a little ground pepper and wait for them to finish melting, turn off.
In a bowl add two eggs and mix, add them to the pan where the elbows are cooked.
To the pan where the elbows are cooked add ground bread or panco, mix very well so that it has a thick consistency, if necessary add more ground bread.
In the center of the waffle iron add a tablespoon of the mac & chesse mixture. Let cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve in an extended plate and accompany with ketchup, cheese and mustard.

PRESENTATION

Serve on an extended plate with ketchup, mustard, and cheese.

TIPS

You can present the waffles as small sandwiches with different sauces.
