This recipe is perfect, my baby is lactose intolerant and has a poor digestion. This porridge has been a great gift for my baby and for me. Because since he consumed it he never suffered from his tummy again.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana

Preparation

Wash your fruits to be used well, and remove the skin.
Once done, cut them into small pieces and place them in the mixer on low speed for about 1 min.
Beat them until you notice a consistent mixture .... And voila ... it is true that there is a delicious porridge for your baby that he will love, since its flavor is sweet and does not contain extra sugar, only the natural ones of each fruit.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it in a small bowl and decorate it with apple crescents to give it more color and please your baby ... make your baby fall in love with the sight, and let his tummy fall in love with his heart!

TIPS

If you wish, you can cook the pear and apple a little, preferably do not cook it so that they do not lose their nutrients. The apple of my preference green, since it is softer.
