Yucca, Pear and Fig Porridge

The cassava, pear and fig porridge provide a good amount of vitamin C, preventing respiratory diseases that can affect your baby. It also helps the growth of your bones, a product of the calcium intake. Prevents dehydration, thanks to the water content of fruits.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cassava
  • 1/2 pears
  • 4 figs

Preparation

Peel the yucca and cut it into medium cubes. Cut the figs into quarters. Cut the pear into cubes.
Add 200 ml of water to the hole of the Evenflo Advance® vaporizer. Pour the yucca, pear and figs into the steamer basket together and put the lid on. Press the steam button, let it cook for 20 minutes, taking care to check that the vaporizer has water.
Add the ingredients to the Evenflo Advance® blender container. Twist the base of the blender. Attach the bowl to the blender and turn it clockwise. Press the power button and grind for 1 minute or until the ingredients are well ground.
Let cool before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a plastic plate.

TIPS

Cut the yuca into small cubes so that it cooks faster.
