Hydrate the yeast with warm milk and let it rest for 10 minutes. Place the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, milk, hydrated yeast, eggs, and vanilla essence in a mixer and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Add the butter and continue kneading until fully incorporated. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size. Punch the dough and divide it into portions of 50 g. Then, fill with hazelnut cream and roll to close perfectly. Place the chocolate breads shaped like bears on a baking tray, slightly flatten them, and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
