Ingredients: 2 cups sushi rice, cooked; 1 tablespoon yellow food coloring; 1 tablespoon red food coloring; 1 tablespoon green food coloring; 1 tablespoon blue food coloring; 3 leaves nori; 1/2 avocados, in slices; 1/2 cups mango, cut into thin slices; 1/2 cucumbers, cut into thin strips; 1/2 cups cream cheese, cut into thin strips

Dissolve each food coloring with 4 tablespoons of water. Set aside. Divide the rice into 4 round containers, adding 2 tablespoons of each color to each container to create 4 different colors. Mix and set aside.
