In a bowl, beat the following ingredients for the pancake: the glass of milk, flour, 1 egg, and the butter (this needs to be melted beforehand). Once the mixture is smooth, we proceed to pour it onto the griddle. The griddle needs to be pre-heated to low temperature with a bit of butter so that the pancake doesn’t stick.
