Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1 cup onion, in pieces; 3 cloves garlic, in pieces; 3 cups tomato, canned poached; 2 tablespoons oregano; 1/3 cups Frank’S® Red Hot Original; salt; pepper; 1 baguette; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 cup deli ham, in cubes; 1 cup pineapple, in cubes; 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded; oregano; potatoes, wedge, for accompaniment

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic, the tomatoes, oregano, and Frank’s Red Hot Original® Sauce for 20 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette lengthwise, spread butter and tomato sauce, add ham, pineapple, mozzarella cheese, and oregano. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
