Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add the pineapple, carrot, salt, and pepper.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with cilantro, and set aside. Place the previous mixture on a Ligerissima Sanissimo®.
