In a flan-style pot, heat the almond milk, making sure it doesn't boil. Add the instant oat flakes and brown sugar. Stir until everything is combined. Remove from heat and add the dried fruits and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Cut the apple into semi-thick slices. With the help of a cutter or round object, shape the snout. Cut long sticks for the whiskers and triangles for the ears. For the nose, you can use a piece of red apple skin or a halved strawberry. And the eyes can be any dried fruit you've used, like a blueberry.
