In a small pot, we put all the ingredients and add water to cover everything. We put it on high heat, when it starts to boil, we lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes. When the potato is tender, we remove it from the heat, take out the clove and star anise, put everything cooked into the blender and blend. In a previously washed and sterilized container, we strain the mixture with the help of a sieve and a spoon, so that the paste is smooth and without the seeds from the guavas. And it's ready.
