Sauté the onion in olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat until translucent, then add the carrot and cook until softened, then add the chayote and zucchini. Cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes. Pour the chicken broth, cilantro, and bring to a boil over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked. Season with salt and set aside.
