Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, butterflied; 8 leaves butterhead lettuce; 2 cups crimini mushroom, sliced; 1 red onion, cut into cubes; 1 tablespoon olive oil; coarse salt; ground black pepper; 4 tablespoons sugar, for the marinade; 6 tablespoons soy sauce, for the marinade; 1 teaspoon sesame oil; 2 teaspoons rice vinegar; 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped

In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients. Divide it into two equal parts and set aside. Marinate the chicken breast with one part of the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Prepare your Weber® grill for medium direct heat (350º - 450ºF or 175º - 232ºC). Place a Weber vegetable basket over direct heat and preheat for 10 minutes.
