In a small bowl, using a whisk, mix all the vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified. Set aside. Prepare your Weber grill for high direct heat (450º - 550ºF - 232º - 287ºC). Pour a little vinaigrette in the center of the lettuces and let it rest.
