In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients until combined and obtain a sauce, let it rest for 10 minutes and set aside. Marinate the cuts for 20 minutes in the refrigerator with 2/3 of the total marinade. Reserve the rest. Prepare your Weber® grill over direct high heat (450º - 550ºF - 232º - 287ºC). In a pot, over medium-high heat, cook the reserved marinade, stirring constantly.
