Prepare your Weber® grill for medium indirect heat (350º - 450ºF or 175º - 232ºC). Place a cast iron skillet over indirect heat for 10 minutes to preheat. To prepare the onions, add olive oil to the skillet, along with the onions, and sauté for 2 minutes. Incorporate the cinnamon, chili powder, sugar, and Tabasco-style sauce. Stir constantly until the onions begin to soften, season to taste, and remove the skillet from the grill. Set aside.
