Ingredients: 800 grams button mushrooms, canned, sliced; 20 milligrams fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected; 1 onion, medium, finely chopped; 2 limes; 1 avocado; 3 tomatoes, in cubes; chipotle chilli sauce, to taste; ketchup, to taste; salt, to taste; 2 tablespoons soy sauce; saltine crackers

Add to a deep glass bowl: finely chopped mushrooms, onion, and cilantro, and diced tomato. Squeeze the two lemons, add a bit of chipotle sauce or if you prefer finely chopped serrano chili, soy sauce, and ketchup. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary, or add a bit more of the ingredient you think is lacking.
