Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup cranberry
  • 7 apples
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • to taste walnut, to decorate

Preparation

In a processor or blender add walnut and oats until you get a powder add the blueberries and continue processing, until you get a dough. Reservation.
In a processor crush the apples, with the cinnamon, until obtaining a puree.
Line a cake mold with the dough and add the previous mixture and let it cool for 2 hours.
Decorate with nuts and enjoy.

On an extended plate.

TIPS

You can substitute oatmeal for amaranth or flaxseed.
