Prepare this easy and rich Arabic bread with spinach and feta cheese. Here we teach you how to make Arabic bread from scratch. They are ideal for snacks and to share with friends and family.   • 220 grams Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 250 grams flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons table salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese


In a large bowl mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% with salt. Combine the flour with the baking powder and add it little by little to the bowl.
Incorporate the ingredients to form a dough. Sprinkle some flour on the table and knead until you have a smooth dough without lumps. Place it in a glass bowl, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove the dough and divide it into 4 portions and spread them on the table sprinkled with a little flour. Spread them as thin as you can. Add 1/4 of the spinach and crumbled feta cheese to each quarter.
Heat a frying pan or a comal and add a little vegetable oil. Cook the Arab breads on each side until lightly browned. Once cooked, cut them into triangles and serve.


You can accompany it with a cucumber sauce with Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
