Preparation
In a deep pot, put the carrots and celery to cook, when the carrot is tender, remove from the heat.
In the blender put the carrot, celery and asparagus drained (without the broth), add all the remaining ingredients, except milk and blend with the broth from the cooking of the vegetables, trying to get a smooth mixture.
In the same pot where we cook the vegetables, add the liquefied milk and let it boil, trying not to throw the soup on the stove, remember that it has milk and goes up.
