In a deep pot, we cook the carrot and celery; when the carrot is tender, we remove it from the heat. In the blender, we place the carrot, celery, and drained asparagus (without the broth), add all the remaining ingredients except for the milk, and blend with the cooking broth of the vegetables, trying to obtain a smooth mixture.
