Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 400 grams tomtato, in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Heat the oven from 180 ° C to 200 ° C. Put the spinach in a colander and pour a pot of boiling water to dry the leaves a little. Squeeze the excess water and divide it among 4 small refractories.
Mix the tomatoes with the chili flakes and a little seasoning, add to the refracts with the spinach. Make a hole in the center of each one, break egg and pour into the hole. Bake for 12-15 minutes or more, depending on how you like eggs.
